1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Finenture products and services ("Services"), including CFO Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Finenture provides financial dashboard and analytics tools that connect to third-party accounting platforms. Our Services display financial data from your connected accounts in a consolidated dashboard format.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Services are offered on a subscription basis with pricing as listed on our website.
• Voucher codes may be applied at checkout for discounted or free access.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of your data. Key data handling practices:

• We access your financial data in read-only mode via OAuth 2.0 with read-only scopes and do not create, modify, or delete any records in your accounting system.
• OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at the application layer before database storage.
• All API endpoints are authenticated and rate-limited to prevent unauthorized access and abuse.
• Sensitive data is automatically redacted from production logs.
• You may disconnect your accounting integration and request data deletion at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access source code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Finenture provides financial dashboards for informational purposes only. We are not a financial advisor, auditor, or accountant. Our Services should not be used as a substitute for professional financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finenture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our Services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
